PhD Researcher

Information School, University of Sheffield

Hello!

I am a PhD student (from 10/2023) in the Information School, University of Sheffield. My research interest is in investigating the academic information seeking behavior transitions of international students when they study abroad. I am also interested in broad information behavior research.

Before starting my PhD study, I got my Bachelor of Internet of Things Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. With a background in computer science, I proceeded to the Information School in 2022 where I completed a Master of Science degree in Information Management. During my master’s study, I gained an interest in information behavior research, enabling me to stay in the Information School for my PhD study.
